1217 DE JULIO 16 DE 2008<\/strong><br><br>Por medio de la cual se dictan normas para la regulaci\u00f3n y modernizaci\u00f3n de las Sociedades de Mejoras P\u00fablicas.<br><br>La presente ley tiene por objeto la regulaci\u00f3n y modernizaci\u00f3n de las Sociedades de Mejoras P\u00fablicas, con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de su objeto social y el ejercicio de los principios establecidos en los art\u00edculos 70, 71 y 72 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file has-ast-global-color-2-background-color
